Crama Darie Vin Alb Demisec în BIB pornește de la aceleași soiuri albe vinificate în inox, dar cu fermentația oprită într-un punct care lasă un rest de zahăr perceptibil. Vinul păstrează prospețimea, dar câștigă o textură mai moale și un gust rotund, cu note de măr galben, piersică și strugure alb. Stabilizarea și filtrarea sunt gândite pentru siguranță și constanță în timp. Este un vin alb demisec simplu, curat, ideal pentru petreceri, bufet rece sau pentru cei care preferă un stil mai domol și ușor dulceag.
